Eric W. Shamlin

Eric W. Shamlin is a four-time Emmy, sixteen-time Cannes Lion, and two-time Peabody honoree, and one of the industry’s most versatile All-Terrain Storytellers, with nearly three decades of work across all mediums.

A Governor of the Television Academy and Chair of its AI Task Force, he leads industry-wide education and advocacy around ethical, human-centered AI adoption, and is frequently quoted by Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Forbes, and Newsweek. 

As CEO of FireBringer and strategic lead for CalderaOS, he is building the AI-assisted studio model of the future and redefining how global fandoms are built, sustained, and monetized.

Jordan Timber Snyder is an enterprise SaaS product leader and software architect with 25+ years building high-performance platforms for creative production, immersive entertainment, and global enterprise workflows. Formerly VP of Platform at Meow Wolf and CEO of Snowtrack (now Perforce P4 One), she brings deep expertise in bridging engineering and creative systems. 

As Chief Product Officer at FireBringer, Jordan drives the product vision and architecture of CalderaOS — shaping the next-generation operating system for AI-accelerated content creation.

Fred Volheur

Frederic Volhuer is an operations and production executive with extensive experience in immersive media, event production, and VR/experiential content delivery.
